Description

The beans are in whole form and you can choose espresso roast (if they’ve got an espresso machine) or filter roast (if they use a filter method (such as cafetière, Chemex, drip filter etc).

The beans comes boxed up in one of our knock-out yellow Indy Coffee Box packages with a gift card, plus a copy of Brew Mag, which features tasting notes and roastery details for the coffee, plus a coffee shop recipes and coffee news and info.

The whole box of loveliness costs just £20, including postage and packaging.

How it works

When you place your order, you’ll get to choose coffee type, put in the recipients details and also download a special gift note which you can put print off to put into your card or give to the person so that they know what the gift is and when it will be delivered.

Why do we deliver just once a month?

In order to maximise freshness and therefore flavour of the coffee, we deliver on the optimum date after the coffee has been roasted (usually four or five days).

Our order by dates and delivery dates are here.

Your order will be despatched on the next appropriate delivery date.
Sounds good! Go for it!

Ready to take your home brewing to the next level? The pros at Bristol’s Extract Coffee Roasters talk us through the trusty AeroPress

You’ll need

  • AeroPress
  • AeroPress filter
  • Grinder
  • Scales
  • Timer
  • Mug
  • A cracking bag of coffee
  1. An AeroPress will hold 240ml of water, so medium-fine grind 18g of coffee beans.
  2. Rinse out the paper filter before constructing the AeroPress: we recommend putting both chamber and plunger together and standing them upside down.
  3. Place the coffee in the bottom of the top chamber before adding the water on top. Start the timer and stir the grounds and water for 30 seconds.
  4. After 2 minutes total brew time, pop the cap on with the filter inside. Flip the AeroPress on top of the mug, slowly plunge for 30 seconds and enjoy.
